If you are looking for something to try to see if you can feel better and it would increase your energy level and give you a better productive day, I certainly recommend that you try this product. What I like best about Fruit of the Spirit is it gives me a lot of energy and I felt like it helped me replace my multi-vitamins. On February 6, 2009, High Point Church had a “Chik Night” and Fruit of the Spirit gave out samples of this product. I had 1 oz. at the beginning of the night and 1 oz. at the end of the night.
